Care Instructions

Liquid Culture Storage: Liquid culture can be stored at 70 degrees F for up to 6 months and refrigerated for 1-2 years before declining in viability. Pink oyster culture should not be stored in the refrigerator because of its tropical origins. 

 

Sterilized Substrate/Grain Storage: Can be stored at 60-70 degrees F for 1-2 weeks before moisture loss and increased chances of failure.
