Exceptional. I ordered this liquid culture and it sat in the fridge for a few days before I actually used it. I emailed the shop owner and asked if popcorn would be an okay grain spawn, and they assured me that it would. I inocculated two jars of drippy corn (corn infused with corn syrup) and the culture took off. I will be returning to this shop for all my gourmet mushroom needs.
